We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team at our location in Leek. This role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy top-tier beverages and service, reflecting our commitment to excellence and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
  • Liaise with the golf club officials and staff to ensure that members and visitors receive the finest experience possible.
  • Develop innovative promotional strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Manage and train bar staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bar management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
