We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team at our location in Leek. This role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy top-tier beverages and service, reflecting our commitment to excellence and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Liaise with the golf club officials and staff to ensure that members and visitors receive the finest experience possible.
- Develop innovative promotional strategies.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Manage and train bar staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Uphold the company's reputation for quality and hospitality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bar management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including cocktails, spirits, and wine.
- Excellent team management and supervisory skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Food safety certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in bar, restaurant or hotel settings is advantageous.
