About the Role:
The Support Administrator is a key administrative team member, providing high-level support for smooth office operations. This role manages administrative tasks, streamlines processes, and boosts workplace efficiency and productivity. They ensure daily office operations run smoothly, handling diverse administrative and clerical tasks to support departments and employees, and often serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reception & Office Administration - Welcome and provide hospitality to all office visitors and provide front of house services.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a polite and helpful manner.
- Manage office supplies, including stationery, kitchen consumables, and general stock.
- Ensure meeting rooms and kitchen areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- Oversee daily post, incoming and outgoing emails, and manage signing in and out sheet.
- Assist with office maintenance, repairs, and health and safety duties.
- Serve as a Fire Warden and First Aider after receiving training.
- Administrative & Project Support - Provide administrative support to directors.
- Handle printing, binding, and general administrative tasks for all teams.
- Organise travel, accommodation, meetings, and lunches.
- Take meeting minutes as needed.
- Assist with project administration and manage information from sub-consultants.
- Draft letters of appointment and support quality management procedures.
