Bailey Partnership has enjoyed a period of sustained success over the last few years—recently being recognised by Building Magazine as the fastest-growing consultancy in the UK. This steady growth has allowed us to broaden our client base and, as we look to the future of the practice, we are ready to welcome an Intermediate or Senior Electrical Engineer to our Plymouth office.

We are looking for a professional with a strong technical understanding of electrical systems. While consultancy experience is a plus, we are very interested in speaking with Electrical Contractors or those from a site-based background who possess the technical knowledge and are looking to transition into a design-focused career.

As our team evolves, we are looking for a collaborative individual who is interested in helping the practice grow while we support you in developing your own expertise.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • A solid technical background in electrical engineering.
  • Either existing experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Amtech, and Dialux, or a genuine desire to learn these design tools with our support.
  • A collaborative mindset and an interest in seeing projects through from concept to completion.
  • The drive to work as part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment.
