The opportunity is for a talented and enthusiastic Graduate Civil or Structural Engineer ready to tackle a diverse, challenging workload and accelerate your professional development. We are looking for our next Civil or Structural Engineer to join our growing team and learn and develop alongside our group of talented individuals at our Exeter office. This isn’t just a Graduate role; it’s a fast‑track pathway to becoming a Chartered Engineer.
You’ll gain invaluable experience across an exceptionally diverse project portfolio including industrial, large scale housing developments, marine structures, drainage schemes, schools, and leisure facilities. Every day brings a new challenge and you will be empowered to:
- Design & Deliver: Prepare detailed reports, designs, and drawings for complex engineering challenges.
- Embrace Digital Design: Produce cutting‑edge structural modules using industry‑leading software like Tekla Structural Designer and Revit (training provided, experience a bonus!).
- Own the Process: Conduct site inspections, surveys, and report writing, while liaising directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams across the practice.
