The Role
As an Architectural Technologist, you won’t just be "drawing"—you will be the technical backbone of our projects. You will collaborate closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams to bring complex designs to life through precise construction packages and innovative detail solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Delivery: Prepare and coordinate comprehensive design, production, and construction information.
- Specification & Detail: Produce and advise on material selection, specifications (NBS Chorus), and detailed design solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to current Building Regulations, standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for clients and statutory authorities to secure approvals.
- Project Management: Manage tasks independently while contributing to a high-performing multidisciplinary team.

- Software Proficiency: Power-user status in Revit, AutoCAD, NBS Chorus, and BIM360.
