About the Role
As a Paint Shop Manufacturing Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operation of the paint shop while remaining hands-on throughout the shift. Leading by example, you will manage workflow, support operatives, and carry out high-quality paint repairs to ensure production, quality, and delivery targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
