Employment Law Paralegal

North Leeds | Competitive Salary DOE

Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm in North Leeds, is looking to recruit an Employment Law Paralegal to join its team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous employment law experience to join a supportive firm and further develop their career within a busy department handling good quality work.

The Role

Provide support to the Head of the Employment department on a range of matters and assist with the smooth progression of files, including:

  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Preparing files and supporting matters through to conclusion
  • Conducting legal research
  • Providing general administrative and paralegal support to the department

About You

  • Have previous paralegal experience within employment law – ideally at least 12 months experience
  • Be well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Have excellent communication and client care skills
  • Be able to manage competing priorities in a busy team
  • Be keen to build a long‑term career in employment law
