A niche and highly regarded Employment law firm in the York area is looking to recruit an additional Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500 leading firm with a strong reputation in its field, working closely with two senior lawyers while also handling your own caseload. The firm currently has a team of 7 lawyers and is continuing to grow.
The role:
- Managing your own caseload of Employment matters
- Working closely with 2 senior lawyers on a range of quality work
- Conducting your own advocacy
- Using strong tech systems and resources to support efficient working
About you:
- Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid Employment law experience
- Ideally 4–5 years’ PQE, although 3 years’ PQE will also be considered
- Able to work confidently on your own files as well as part of a close-knit team
- Keen to join a specialist and ambitious firm
