A well-regarded Yorkshire law firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their expanding Residential Property team. With offices across West Yorkshire, this role can be based in Leeds, Wakefield, or Huddersfield, with the option of hybrid working.
The Role
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and referrers.
- Ensure matters are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver a high-quality service.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, managing your own caseload.
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
