A highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Residential Property team. The firm offers location flexibility (Skipton / Silsden area) and the option of hybrid working.
The Role: You’ll handle a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages, from instruction to completion. You’ll be expected to deliver a high standard of client care and maintain strong working relationships with referrers and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with proven conveyancing experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing your own caseload.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
