A well-established and highly regarded Leeds law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy Residential Property team. The Role
- Assist in managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors
- Preparing documentation and handling post-completion work
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload under supervision
- Proactive, organised and a team player
