A well-established and highly regarded Leeds law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy Residential Property team. The Role

  • Assist in managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
  • Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors
  • Preparing documentation and handling post-completion work

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload under supervision
  • Proactive, organised and a team player
