A well-established Yorkshire law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor / Team Leader to lead their Private Client team in Huddersfield. This is a senior role offering the opportunity to manage a varied caseload while guiding and developing a skilled team.
The Role:
- Lead the Private Client team at the Huddersfield office, working collaboratively with colleagues and Partners.
- Manage a varied caseload.
- Provide supervision, support, and development for team members.
Requirements:
- Qualified Private Client Solicitor 5PQE+
- Proven leadership or team management experience preferred.
- Excellent client care skills.
- Strong decision-making and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and case management systems.
