About the Role: An established and respected Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit a proactive and organised Litigation Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE to join its busy Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to build on their legal experience and develop a long-term career within a friendly and professional environment. You will work closely with experienced fee earners, providing essential support on a wide range of litigation matters, including contentious probate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling own caseload dealing with all aspects of litigation matters, including contentious probate, with support.
- Managing files and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
About You:
- At least 12 months PQE in litigation matters, ideally including contentious probate experience.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
