A well-established and highly regarded law firm in the heart of Harrogate is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy and reputable Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable conveyancing professional who is ready to take real ownership of their work within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
The Role
- You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Running files independently and progressing transactions efficiently
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the process
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties
- Drafting documentation, carrying out searches and overseeing financial completions
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
