A highly regarded, award-winning law firm with multiple offices across West Yorkshire is seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant. Location is flexible depending on where the candidate is based and full time/part time hours are available. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and successful Residential Conveyancing team, supporting experienced Fee Earners and ensuring a seamless service for clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling client and third-party queries.
- Assisting with completions and conducting searches.
- Drafting and typing correspondence.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and referrers.
- Providing general administrative and secretarial support.
At least 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing support role is essential. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach. Experience using SOS or similar case management systems is an advantage, but not essential.
