Salary: £45-75k basic salary depending on experience + uncapped commission. On Target Earning £95k+

Location: Full Time Office-based in Brighton, East Sussex, 37.5 hours per week, 09:00-17:30 Monday-Friday

About this role… This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in learning, consulting, and all things psychology at work with the chance to play a core part in an ambitious team. Reporting to the Global CEO you will be working closely with other sales, customer success (delivery) and psychologists (solution) roles. This role would suit someone looking to work with an agile, responsive team with freedom to innovate and feel the impact of their contribution every day.

Although some of your work will be growth of existing accounts, this is primarily a new business role which will be focused on onboarding and growing new B2B clients. You will have access to some opportunities through our marketing activities and events, but it will largely be down to you to make new connections, attend client meetings, influence strategic stakeholders and onboard new clients.

Success in this role opens many career opportunities as we grow, including the opportunity to grow a team helping the business achieve its growth objectives whether growing a team or specialising your expertise in a particular solution/service area/sector or even the chance to operate in other regions around the world or lead new client services.

Day to day activities will include…

  • Build a community of prospective clients through self-driven lead generation
  • Secure meetings with potential clients via proactive outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) including all levels of people/L&D/HR as well as senior leadership/executives
  • Meet with clients (face-to-face and virtual, UK and abroad) to understand their needs
  • Collaboratively co‑design, pitch/present suggested solutions working alongside consultants to broaden the scope of solution
  • Proactively engage and influence multiple stakeholder relationships to move deal through to close, overcoming objections and changes in needs
  • Negotiate contracts including price, delivery schedules
