Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication.
- Help with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Ensure all care is provided in line with individual care plans, and maintain accurate records of visits and activities.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care.
- Must have at least 6 months of care experience.
- Registered with Social Care Wales.
- Access to your own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Paid time between visits.
