Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial gas systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Service and maintain commercial boilers, heating systems, and associated plant.
- Attend reactive breakdowns and emergency call-outs.
- Complete installation and remedial works when required.
- Ensure all certification and documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance.
- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota when required.
Essential
- Valid and current Commercial Gas qualifications.
- Proven experience working within commercial environments.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
