Baguley Athletic FC is expanding our "on the ground" media team! We are looking for dedicated, creative individuals who want to capture the drama, the passion, and the stories of our season. Whether you're a student looking for industry experience, a freelancer wanting to sharpen your skills, or a football fanatic with a creative eye, we want to hear from you.

The Roles We Need

  • Photographers: Capture matchday action, behind-the-scenes moments, and high-quality squad photos.
  • Videographers: Shoot training reels, player features, matchday interviews, and engaging behind the scenes short-form content (TikTok/Reels).
  • Journalists: Conduct post-match interviews, write compelling match reports, and tell the stories of our players and staff.
  • Live Content Managers: Run our matchday socials - specifically delivering live match updates and real-time IG/FB stories.

The Commitment

To keep content consistent and give everyone a fair rotation, we are looking for team members who can commit to:

  • 4 in 8 Matchdays (Saturday or Sunday)
  • 3 in 8 Training Sessions (Midweek)

What You Need

  • Your Own Equipment: Camera gear for photographers/videographers, laptop/smartphone for journalists and live content.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for grassroots football.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a creative team.

Please Note: All positions are voluntary. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a tangible portfolio, gain exposure, and network within the local sports industry.

This role requires ON SITE work, and should only be applied for if you live within a reasonable distance from Manchester or are realistically able to attend (applications will be automatically rejected if you are listed as living out of the area).
