What You'll Do
You will support the office team with the day-to-day running of our home care service while developing valuable business administration and marketing skills.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Update care records, staff files and company databases
- Assist with social media, marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Support scheduling, filing, scanning and other general office administration tasks
Training Outcome
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to secure a permanent role within the business. You will have gained a nationally recognised Level 2 Business Administration qualification, valuable administration and marketing experience, and the opportunity to progress into senior administrative, care coordination or office management roles.
