We are looking to appoint a Contracts Administrator to join our friendly at Bagnalls Painting & Decorators in Doncaster. We are seeking an experienced administrator who is looking for a role that can provide them with longevity and job satisfaction. We are a tight knit team who enjoy working in a welcoming office environment and you will be working alongside our experienced team members. This role is 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday and we are pleased to offer it on a permanent basis. Our preference would be that the hours were spread over 5 days. Responsibilities: Provide support to the management & sales team, including filing, photocopying scanning. Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Creating & maintaining accurate documents including staff training records, vehicle fleet information and new starter information. Responsible for all office inventory including stationery, PPE, uniform, and kitchen supplies. Financial administration including contacting debtors, checking credit card reports and working closely with the finance team on a variety of financial procedures.
