Sales Administrator Castleford Permanent role – start asap £26,000 – £27,000 Office based, 25 days holiday 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday As a Sales Administrator at this expanding company based in Castleford you will be integral to supporting the sales team and ensuring your customers receive an excellent customer support and service. The role requires strong customer service skills and experience as well as excellent attention to detail to ensure quotes you produce are accurate. Good knowledge of Excel is essential. On a daily basis your day will look like this; Liaise with Sales Engineers for quotes required for customers maintaining tight turnaround times Provide quotes as requested by customers via email/telephone Actively manage the customer database Manage incoming customer stock requests, using Sage. Order replacement stock from suppliers Monitor internal consignment stock managing levels and reporting discrepancies. Invoice customers for items delivered to sites. Monitor customer price lists, using Excel and CSV files to regularly update item prices. Actively chase quotes produced for customers when required.
