Have you graduated from university/college and looking for your first office job? Or, have you gained work experience in an office environment and looking for a new challenge? This busy and successful company based in Castleford are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team. Excellent support and training given!

The main purpose of this role is to deal with inbound customer enquiries/sales calls and undertake sales administration tasks whilst providing a high level of customer service.

Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, the role will involve:

  • Ensuring all customer calls are dealt with in a professional and timely manner to provide a high level of customer service
  • Accurately processing sales orders
  • Liaising with customers, warehouse, DPD and Expect to progress orders and deliveries
  • Providing quotations to customers
  • Dealing with straightforward technical queries
  • Ad-hoc support to the field sales staff
  • Maintaining strong relationships and dealing with any queries quickly and efficiently
  • Processing Debits onto the customer service database
  • Following up the debits, arranging collections
