Looking for a senior practice role with autonomy, flexibility, and influence? Our West Yorkshire client is seeking an Accounts & Advisory Manager to lead a small team, work closely with directors, and provide tax and business advisory to SME clients.

What you'll do:
- Manage and mentor a team of 4–6 staff
- Review year-end accounts and management packs (forecasting, cashflow, KPIs)
- Lead client meetings and act as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with directors on business growth, processes, and workflow
- Maintain team workflows and ensure deadlines are met
About you:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a practice environment
- Proven experience managing or supervising staff
- Confident communicator, organised, proactive, and commercially minded
