This busy and successful company based in Castleford are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team. Excellent support and training given!
The main purpose of this role is to deal with inbound customer enquiries/sales calls and undertake sales administration tasks whilst providing a high level of customer service.
Reporting to the Sales Team Leader the role will involve:
- Ensuring all customer calls are dealt with in a professional and timely manner to provide a high level of customer service
- Accurately processing sales orders
- Liaising with customers, warehouse, DPD and Expect to progress orders and deliveries
- Providing quotations to customers
- Dealing with straightforward technical queries
- Ad-hoc support to the field sales staff
- Maintaining strong relationships and dealing with any queries quickly and efficiently
- Processing Debits onto the customer service database
- Following up the debits, arranging collections and gathering information where necessary
You'll be able to demonstrate a friendly telephone manner, the willingness to learn, be able to multi-task and co-ordinate your work. It would be an advantage if you enjoyed learning about technical products, though training will be given! Scope to develop as well.
