What you’ll be doing
- This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the centre of operations, making sure everything lands exactly where it should on time and without drama.
- Order Processing & Administration
- Accurately process customer orders and capture all key details
- Cross-check orders against internal costing and project info
- Keep project documentation organised and up to date
- Customer Communication
- Be the go-to contact for customers after orders are placed
- Provide clear, proactive updates on progress and timelines
- Manage expectations and handle any issues professionally
- Delivery Co-ordination
- Arrange deliveries and ensure site requirements are met
- Liaise closely with logistics to keep things on track
- Monitor deliveries and confirm completion
- Scheduling & Tracking
- Manage delivery schedules across multiple projects
- Spot risks early and keep everything moving
- Keep systems and trackers updated in real time
- Invoicing & Accuracy
- Raise invoices in line with project milestones
- Ensure everything aligns - orders, deliveries, and billing
- Help resolve any queries quickly and efficiently
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics
- Support smooth handovers and continuous improvements
