You will work closely with both the Technical Delivery team and Events Sales & Planning team in a client-facing capacity, taking responsibility for both the technical and production planning elements on events. You will confidently articulate and promote the technical capabilities of our spaces and deliver clear recommendations that enhance client vision and drive revenue. Acting as a key point of accountability, you will ensure seamless handover from the planning process to live delivery, maintain consistent standards across all events, and lead trusted, collaborative relationships that deliver clear communication and an exceptional planning experience for clients and partners.
