Overview

Support the senior programmes manager to shape and deliver inclusive, innovative programmes for talent development activity. Champion under‑represented voices and emerging talent across film, games and TV.

Responsibilities

  • Curate events and professional development opportunities that inspire audiences and industry partners.
  • Ensure the smooth programming and delivery of year‑round events and initiatives reflecting the evolving landscape of film, games and TV.
  • Collaborate with creatives and cultural organisations.
  • Design and implement outreach strategies to engage applicants from diverse backgrounds.
  • Oversee application and selection processes, including designing dynamic application forms for individual programmes.
  • Track programme impact through data collection, evaluation and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to break down barriers and create meaningful pathways into the film, games and television industries for the next generation of talent.
