The role

This is a field-based sales role covering London and the South of England, focused on managing and developing strong customer relationships, supporting assessments, and growing territory performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Baffin’s product range across your territory
  • 2 years’ sales experience in similar products/sector (medical, disability, rehab, mobility, orthopaedic or comparable)
  • Manage, develop and grow existing accounts, while identifying new opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships and create strong communication between customers and the business
  • Arrange and support product demonstrations and assessments
  • Represent Baffin at exhibitions and industry events (trade shows, conferences, etc.)
  • Manage your pipeline, follow-ups and order process

Work Monday to Friday (occasional flexibility may be required)

What we’re looking for:
