Salary: Circa £75,000 dependent on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive IT transformation strategies aligned with the organisation's overall business objectives
• Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and trends to determine their potential impact on the organisation
• Leading and managing IT transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Facilitating organisational change, this will include development and implementation of change management plans, alongside effective communication
• Selecting and implementing new technologies and solutions that support the organisation's business goals, this will include evaluating areas for improvement of current IT systems & infrastructure
• Utilising data analytics to measure the impact of IT transformation initiatives and identify areas for optimisation

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Proven understanding of SIAM / ITSM and IT Service Management frameworks (e.g. ITIL), including principles, models and processes
• A good understanding of IT Service Architecture Familiarity with governance structures, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies within a SIAM model
• Knowledge of methodologies to align performance with user experience goals and evolving business needs
• Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and how to foster innovation that delivers business outcomes
• Good working knowledge of relevant project management methodologies and experience of working in demand management and project delivery environments
