Salary: £75,000+ depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for services from BAE Systems strategic suppliers and internally delivered towers
  • Manage the provision of the business IM&T strategy in relation to Product Management for the IT Services Managed – ensuring through stakeholder management, the strategy aligns to the business needs and objectives
  • Leading the Product Management organisation, showing direction and delivery within the business, relating to IT enabled opportunities, as well as representing the businesses best interests with the customer base and BAE Systems globally
  • Ensures that effective controls are in place for internal delegation, audit and control and that the board receives timely reports and advice that will inform their decisions. Ensures that effective staffing and committee structures are in place to support the work of the board and that proper relationships exist between the organisation and the external auditors
  • Manage IT expenditure, ensuring that all IT financial targets are met and examining any areas where budgets and expenditure exceed their agreed tolerances for the IT Services managed. Assists with the definition and operation of effective financial control and decision-making, especially in the areas of service, projects and component cost models and the allocation and apportionment of all incurred IT costs

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Extensive experience working with and managing IDAM Products and IT Service Management
  • Good understanding of SIAM and ITIL process governance
  • High level of commercial awareness and budget management capability
  • Relevant vocational qualification or equivalent experience in managing IDAM Access Management services and products

Desirable:

  • Microsoft Certifications
