What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting capability assessments across domains, with a specific focus on cloud enablement and cybersecurity posture
  • Developing and maintaining capability maps that are aligned with business goals and strategic priorities
  • Translating business strategies into capability requirements to ensure alignment with cloud modernisation and cybersecurity initiatives
  • Collaborating with digital, infrastructure, and business teams to drive integrated capability planning across the organisation
  • Advising portfolio planning efforts by identifying and prioritising critical capability investments
  • Supporting risk assessments and compliance initiatives by aligning capabilities with business and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews to validate capability needs, maturity levels, and future-state planning
  • Utilising capability modelling tools and frameworks to document, visualise, and communicate planning insights and outputs

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise planning, or transformation, including experience of working with cloud and cyber teams
  • Proven experience with capability modelling and digital transformation planning
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
  • Experience supporting or delivering cloud migration, DevSecOps, or cybersecurity uplift programs
