What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver and manage projects in line with business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Quality and HS&E Management Systems, including process instructions, risk assessments, and safety standards.
- Plan and deliver facilities and service activities (equipment, installation, refurbishment, repairs, and renovations).
- Manage onsite works as the Responsible Person/primary point of contact.
- Support the safe, legal, and compliant operation of facilities.
- Track project finances and prepare work order status reports.
- Monitor and update work orders within SAP, following business process standards.
Essential
- Proven experience in project delivery (ideally within buildings, infrastructure, or facilities environments).
- Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Desirable
- Good organisational skills.
- NEBOSH or SMSTS (Construction site safety) certified.

The Site & Facilities – Central Yard Area Landlord Team will be part of a wider Site and Facilities team providing facilities management (FM) support across multiple buildings on site. In this role, your primary objective will be to ensure facilities and equipment are safe, legal, and fully compliant in support of submarine operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and fast-paced environment, where you can see projects through to completion and experience the tangible impact of your work. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
