Overview
Location: Washington
What you’ll be doing
- Plan, schedule and manage Production Works Orders to support the site Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Identify and manage problems impacting PWO achievement (stock discrepancies, material shortages)
- Material management including Vendor scheduling, Stock checks, Daily and weekly SAP bookings
- Control the issue of material throughout the production process in line with the MPS
- Maintain SAP Data to ensure MRP System effectiveness and data accuracy
- Liaise with multiple business functions to ensure Manufacturing Schedule Adherence can be achieved both efficiently and effectively
- Organising weekly transport requirements
Your skills and experiences
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experienced in Stores/Stock Control practices and techniques
- Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders across the site
- Excellent data analysis and integrity skills
- Safety conscious attitude, with knowledge and skills to fully integrate safety into the role is desirable

As a Production Controller within our team, you will support Washington operations by ensuring implementation of processes and procedures that effectively manage, plan and distribute raw material and finished product; to assist production in meeting contractual delivery dates. Your role will support accurate data capture and analysis of production performance such as efficiency, utilisation and effectivity.
