What you’ll be doing:
- Championing agile ways of working across the team, ensuring ceremonies are engaging, productive, and continuously improved.
- Facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand‑ups, helping the team stay aligned, focused, and motivated.
- Removing impediments and blockers quickly, enabling the team to deliver high‑quality work without disruption.
- Coaching and mentoring team members on agile principles, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Working closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritise work, and ensure clarity of requirements.
- Driving team performance through data, using metrics such as velocity, burn‑down charts, and flow analysis to identify improvements.
- Promoting a positive, high‑performing team environment, encouraging innovation, transparency, and open communication.
Your skills and experiences:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role within a cross‑functional delivery team.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with hands‑on experience applying them in complex environments.
- Ability to use appropriate toolsets, such as the Atlassian suite (Jira), SharePoint, Microsoft Office applications and develop and act on appropriate metrics.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
