What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the development & implementation of efficient business processes
- Supporting the co-ordination and planning of the business processes within the team
- Delivering business reporting for management decision making
- Developing collaboration skills to work with the team and others
- Monitoring and analysing business information in support of the team objectives
- Understanding legislative requirements ie Export Control, SHE, product safety etc.
- Capturing actions/minutes and contribute to the management of meetings and events as required
- Delivering activities to support Consultant onboarding/offboarding inc. IT enablement
Your skills and experiences:
- Understanding of financial & business principles
- Understanding of the first principles of project management
- Understanding of, and relationship with, the key stakeholders within the immediate team and wider department.
- Involvement in previous MSP implementation – desirable
- Microsoft Project experience – desirable

The Project SPARTAN team:
Project SPARTAN is responsible for delivering transformational change to Air Sector through the implementation of a new ERP system that will replace all of the legacy ERPs within the Air Sector Support & Services domain. The Business Operations Analyst supports the Business Operations Manager in delivering business processes such as the integrated business planning (IBP) process, Sales & Ops Planning Process, Quarterly Business Review (QBR), LifeCycle Management etc. This includes supporting the LCM and Integration Lead and other team members to manage these processes and supporting associated meetings to assure their success.
