What you’ll be doing
- Support the definition and delivery of the strategic Test & Evaluation infrastructure required to deliver future programmes.
- Integrate and deliver the plan to time, cost and quality across internal and external suppliers.
- Define test and evaluation capability requirements for future programmes and identify required new infrastructure or modify existing infrastructure.
- Deliver a complex mixture of internal to BAES teams and external equipment suppliers and contractors, managing the integrated programme of work across all parties.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
- Experience and understanding of MBSE toolsets.

The Infrastructure Development team
The team is responsible for delivering new or modified infrastructure/capability to support future programmes, defining requirements, identifying solutions and delivering through the engineering life cycle. Collaboration with the UK MoD and international industry partners is critical.
