Overview

Role-level statements describing responsibilities and required capabilities for SHE compliance and delivery. The candidate will provide professional and accurate SHE advice on legislation requirements and ensure compliance with company SHE procedures across business units.

Responsibilities

• I will provide professional and accurate SHE advice on legislation requirements and ensure compliance with company SHE procedures across business units.
• I will conduct SHE audits and inspections according to internal procedures and ISO 45001/14001 requirements, adhering to the communicated schedule.
• I will investigate SHE accidents, incidents, and non-conformances, producing comprehensive reports with root cause analysis in line with procedural requirements.
• I will support SHE workshops and training sessions conducted within business areas.
• I will assist in the delivery of existing and new SHE management systems.
• I will conduct SHE process audits in accordance with internal procedures and ISO 45001/14001.
• I will participate in and support wider SHE activities, including public and promotional events.
• I will actively seek innovations for improving SHE delivery and pursue my professional development.
• I will embrace and demonstrate positive SHE behaviors.

Qualifications

• Practical internal auditor skills (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Internal Auditor qualification is desirable).
• Sound knowledge of SHE management systems.
• Sound knowledge of UK SHE legislation.
• Working knowledge of corporate responsibility frameworks and sustainability models.
• Understanding of contractual and legal requirements.
• Appreciation for the business context of the units and locations supported, including SHE implications.
• Technologies: Support, Security.
