Responsibilities
- Championing agile ways of working across the team, ensuring ceremonies are engaging, productive, and continuously improved
- Facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand‑ups, helping the team stay aligned, focused, and motivated
- Removing impediments and blockers quickly, enabling the team to deliver high‑quality work without disruption
- Coaching and mentoring team members on agile principles, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
- Working closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritise work, and ensure clarity of requirements
- Driving team performance through data, using metrics such as velocity, burn‑down charts, and flow analysis to identify improvements
- Promoting a positive, high‑performing team environment, encouraging innovation, transparency, and open communication
Your Skills And Experiences
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role within a cross‑functional delivery team
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with hands‑on experience applying them in complex environments
- Ability to use appropriate toolsets, such as the Atlassian suite (jira), SharePoint, Microsoft Office applications and develop and act on appropriate metrics
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
