Salary: £53,569 - £65,473 Depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
- Development, management and maintenance of the Product Integrity Capability Discipline Management Plan, including ensuring plans and tasking are supported by Jira actions.
- Develop/Manage the overall Discipline Capability ensuring the Discipline has the necessary People, Processes, Toolsets, Technology and Data to improve performance and deliver against its objectives.
- Development, management and co-ordination of the Airworthiness and Product Integrity Capability Review, ensuring the review meeting is inclusive, effective, useful and meets its objectives.
- Provide Product Integrity Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice to both Product Integrity and Project teams on product integrity capability and deliverables.
- Provide support to the Product Integrity Engineering Discipline Lead (EDL) to help discharge EDL general responsibilities, including capability development, review and reporting activities.
- Develop and apply the criteria and methods (including measurements and key performance indicators) to monitor the effective operation and control of the management systems and processes, and take appropriate action to resolve any identified issues.
- Provide support to Product Integrity Process Confirmation assessments and audits undertaken within the Product Integrity Discipline including the resolution of any actions.
Your skills and experiences:
- Relevant STEM degree, e.g. Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering.
- Knowledge and experience of Engineering Management Systems, in one or more disciplines of Product Safety, Product Environmental and/or Product Security, including Requirements, Risk Management and Independent Assurance.
- Integrator: encourages integrated & collaborative activity.
- Innovative approach to solving complex technical, schedule and cost related problems.
- Ability to communicate, influence and direct the decision making process at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated.
