Salary: £47,271+ depending on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with SH to develop new arrangements and improve existing processes and ways of working.
- Support the effective implementation of new and revised arrangements and processes across the organisation.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of implementation activity to ensure changes are embedded successfully.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, briefings, and guidance to support understanding and compliance.
- Deliver clear and engaging educational briefings tailored to different audiences.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple functional areas to ensure a consistent and joined-up approach.
- Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders to support communication and shared objectives.
- Help identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share best practice.
Your skills and experiences
Essential:
- Qualified in a STEM discipline at degree level.
- Proven experience in Quality or Assurance roles within engineering or technical environments.
- Good understanding of Systems Engineering principles and practices.
- Experience in stakeholder management, building relationships and communicating effectively across functional areas.
- Experience in developing, documenting, and improving processes; ability to write clear, practical process documentation.
- Knowledge of management systems and their application in a professional environment.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry and understanding compliance requirements.
- Awareness of engineering practices and terminology, particularly in site or systems engineering contexts.
Desirable:
- Experience with requirements management applications.
- Experience in process improvement or business management engineering within an engineering setting.

The team operates within functional governance, focusing on the development and management of processes and arrangements that support site engineering and systems engineering activities. Acting as a key point of contact for requirements management and internal SH management, the team works collaboratively across multiple functional areas to ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant operations. They play a vital role in process development, business management engineering, and implementing management systems within a highly regulated environment, supporting continuous improvement and the delivery of high-quality engineering outcomes.
