Job Description Job title : Principal EMC Engineer n Location: Barrow-In-Furness, Brough, Portsmouth, Weymouth, Frimley, Manchester or Filton – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role n Salary : Competitive n n What you’ll be doing: n n Specify and manage requirements and acceptance criteria specific to a system, platforms or programmes n Advising design teams on EMC requirements and design considerations n Liaising with EMC test engineers to design and specify testing regimes to prove system compliance against relevant standards n Designing and implementing system mitigation to meet EMC standards n Mentoring and coaching Engineers within the team n n Your skills and experiences: n n BEng (Hons) / MEng or equivalent qualification n Professional registration at Chartered level or evidence of working towards this n Experience of design for EMC compliance n Knowledge of EMC Defence Standards would be an advantage n Proven experience and ability to coach others in a team n n Benefits: n You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave incentive and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
