Salary: £56,766 + depending on experience
Responsibilities- Design and deliver L&D programmes, workshops and career development pathways
- Implement and manage talent development activities (i.e. Mentoring, leadership development, upskilling, development and assessment centres) in collaboration with other arms of the business, e.g. Resourcing
- Creation & Deployment of a Mentoring /Coaching business framework
- SME for development guidance
- Leading a culture of continuous improvement within learning and development by encouraging continuous professional development at all levels, driving initiatives for employee engagement and retention
- Grow and maintain a cross functional and sector network to share best practice continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of L&D and/ or HR practices
- Strategic thinking to connect People Capabilities with strategic goals
- Coaching, facilitation and communication skills with strong ability to manage stakeholders at senior levels
- Analytical ability to assess capability gaps, evaluate processes and measure outcomes
