What you’ll be doing:
- Leadership of an IT Agile programme delivering products, projects and services across BAE Systems.
- Lead, motivate and support all team members through all that they do, ensuring the well-being on an individual basis as well as the collective whole.
- Support the scrum masters and project managers to deliver their squad and project objectives and enable success / operational excellence by removing blockers.
- Drive delivery and proactive management of squads and projects within the largely Agile programme against the prioritised backlog.
- The point of contact for any squad and project issues, supporting resolution with customers and partners in a collaborative way.
- Deliver succinct reporting across the programme in a timely manner, with focus on squad and project performance reporting to senior leadership.
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience of project and programme management delivery in complex, challenging environments to both national and international customers.
- Recognised project management qualification or equivalent experience.
- Competent team leadership experience.
- Management of supplier and partner performance.
