What You’ll Be Doing
- Continually undertake a workplace assessment of activities to ensure the correct level of business support is given to the wider air KSA (UK) community.
- Assist in creating and maintaining an administration task catalogue, once the Administration and Facilities Team is fully established.
- Provide general administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, including diary management, expense tracking, and meeting coordination.
- Organize employee events, VIP customer visits, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Manage facilities, assets, SHE activities (process confirmations, DSE assessments, PPE), and Iron Mountain coordination.
Essential Your skills and experiences:
- Have a broad working knowledge of the Concur system, NEO Travel booking system and the Microsoft Office systems, including Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong administrative capability and experience.
- Developed administrative skills including the ability to collate data and produce professional presentation material including reports, papers and visualisation boards within company brand guidelines.
- Alongside the establishment and maintenance of information systems, including physical and electronic files.
Desirable
- Have a broad understanding of the Air KSA (UK) business, its structure and relevant procedures.
- Understanding SHE and recognising its importance to BAE Systems.
- Previous experience handling travel documents (supporting Visa’s).

The Business Support team
Working within in the Air KSA (UK) Business Support team, you will find no two days the same, so having the ability to manage multiple activities in a dynamic working environment is key. The Team support 300+ employees which includes the Air KSA (UK) Senior Leadership Team. Giving different levels of support throughout at two key locations – Samlesbury and Warton.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our new Business Support Team where you will be joining a group of like-minded professionals providing business support across the whole of the Air sector KSA (UK) at BAE Systems.
