Job Title: PMO Manager

Salary: £56,000+ depending on skills and experience

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Managing a multi discipline team
2. Leading and managing the production of various Programme reports, including the cost, risk & schedule for presentation to senior management and customers
3. Drive and maintain reporting cadence within the Site & Facilities Project delivery organisation
4. Work closely with Site & Facilities Heads of Departments to ensure alignment to the function objectives
5. Supervisory responsibilities and providing information/technical direction and guidance
6. Coaching members of the team, monitoring their quality of work and contributing to performance management

Essential

Your skills and experiences:

1. Project Management Qualification or equivalent by experience
2. Previous experience in leading a high performing team
3. Effective communication via reporting
4. Ability to interpret Primavera P6 and ARM software

Desirable

1. People management qualification – ILM, CIPD etc
2. Previous experience working within a Site, Infrastructure & Facilities environment

The Site and Facilities PMO Team

An exciting opportunity to join a newly established PMO function within Site & Facilities. Leading the team to support a growing and varied portfolio of projects in Site & Facilities across the Barrow site. This role offers a wide range of exposure to different teams across the Barrow site, whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function and work across various functions.

We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
