Job Title: Planning, Monitoring & Control Professional – Planning Location: Barrow-in-Furness. Salary: Starting from £35,802 – depending on skills & experience What you’ll be doing: Performing non-complex project reporting and scheduling, ensuring monthly updates are accurate Resolving basic and routine queries efficiently, developing an understanding of business processes and procedures Supporting governance and assurance activities, focusing on the delivery plans and cost estimation for the Dreadnaught and potentially the SSNA programme Executing process confirmation tasks, ensuring compliance with work instructions and maintaining high standards of project delivery Contributing to excellence in visual management, creating clear and effective reports and tools to aid team performance and stakeholder engagement Your skills and experiences: Essential: Experience with Planning or Cost performance within a Project environment Strong analytical skills, capable of working with large amounts of data and numbers Excellent stakeholder management at a senior level Desirable: Experience with project scheduling software e.g. Primavera P6 Knowledge of SAP Hana Experience using Cobra Benefits: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts – you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.
