What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate closely with Engineers and Data Scientists to design, experiment with, and develop AI solutions across the full lifecycle.
- Lead work from exploratory data analysis and generative AI prototyping through to production‑ready machine learning pipelines.
- Take a highly hands‑on role in building, testing, and refining AI systems in real‑world environments.
- Explore and apply emerging AI technologies while maintaining a strong focus on delivering tangible value to users, manufacturing teams, and senior stakeholders.
Essential
- Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python; proficient with AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, Scikit Learn, HuggingFace Transformers, and frameworks LangChain and MicrosoftAgentFramework.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with Data Scientists, engineers and cross‑functional stakeholders in an agile setting.
- Proficiency with SQL and Excel for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Desirable
- Experience with data visualisation platforms such as Tableau or comparable tools.
- Exposure to additional AI/ML platforms or cloud‑based analytics services.

As part of the Manufacturing Data Analyst Team, you will play a key role in driving product improvement initiatives in collaboration with our manufacturing teams. You will identify and resolve manufacturing challenges, delivering robust solutions that enhance product quality and performance.
