What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for conducting inductions for all new starters and the delivery of training for all manual operators.
- Support Development of Standards of Performance (Technical Training Standards).
- Compilation of technical training material.
- Support to IBP Process with training demand planning in conjunction with team leaders and managers.
- Creation, maintenance and tracking of training plans ensuring on target with training budget allocation.
- Uploading and maintaining relevant training records.
- Supporting lines of business including stakeholder management.
Your skills and experiences:
- Open to teaching/training/educational background OR Time served Advanced Apprenticeship AND NVQ Level 3/ or equivalent qualification (i.e. City and Guilds) in an engineering or manufacturing related subject (Fitter, Machinist, Electrician, Fabrication, Welding, Toolmaker, etc.).
- Key communication, delivering something within classroom.
- Good communication skills and experience in communicating with stakeholders on all levels.
- An understanding of mechanical/electrical drawings, standards and specifications.
- Level 3 Award in Education & Training and/or experience in delivering training.
- Demonstrable operational aircraft background.

The Air Training Delivery Team is responsible for developing and delivering training and capability programmes for individuals and employees at all levels across the Air organisation. The team works closely with training partners to ensure the business has the right skills, knowledge and certifications to operate safely and effectively.
