What you'll be doing:
- Collaborating with our Shared Services and Function teams, as part of the wider HR team
- Supporting the full Early Careers lifecycle, from application and interview stages through onboarding, progression, and transition into permanent roles
- Working on a range of improvement projects to support our early careers within Integrated Combat Systems to support our growth
- Supporting Personal and Career Development pathways and key learning initiatives
- Mentoring and supporting Early Careers and ICs colleagues to drive their ongoing development
Your skills and experience:
Essential:
- Experience of working with young people and/or apprenticeship schemes and graduate frameworks
- Ability to coach, mentor and motivate people
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience in a customer-facing role
Desirable:
- Valid UK driving licence (due to travel across our satellite sites)
